programs for every season

The content of the personalised 1-1 coaching programs and seasonal programs are the same (recipe book, menu plans, session info, video links, etc.  
The only 3 differences between our seasonal programs and the 1-1 coaching programs are:
1.  The cost of the seasonal programs is much less than the 1-1 programs.
2. There are standarised suggested menus following the nutritional principles of the program.
3. Sessions are scheduled on specific dates.  You can however book a 1-1  consultation with a coach at an additional fee (see the online store.)


Autumn program:  Information session:  25 April 2022 and 2 May 2022 at 19h00 - 20h00. 
Program period:  5 May 2022 - 15 Jun 2022
Winter program:  Information session:  27 Jun 2022 and 5 Jul 2022 at 19h00 - 20h00. 
Program period:  7 Jul 2022 - 17 Aug 2022
Spring program:   Information session:  22 Aug 2022 and 29 Aug 2022 at 19h00 - 20h00. 
Program period:  1 Sep 2022 - 12 Oct 2022
Summer program:  Information session:  3 Oct 2022 and 10 Oct 2022 at 19h00 - 20h00. 
Program period:  13 Oct 2022 - 23 Nov 2022
Information sessions is free and will be hosted on Mondays as stated above.
After registration:  All weekly live sessions for members will be held on Tuesdays, 19h00 - 20h30.  There are  7 sessions in total.  Recordings of sessions will be uploaded on the Members Area.  All recipes, weekly sessions and other information will be made available on the Members Area as we proceed with the program.
