LIVE personal COACHING!

During the 12 weeks, you can book 7 live 1-1 sessions with your coach.  
In these sessions, your feedback from the previous week will be discussed. We celebrate your highlights and re-strategise on the obstacles.
Your new menu plan for the next week will be designed and sent to you. You will be equipped with new knowledge and tools that will help you move forward.
We will pick the perfect videos for you that will inspire you and strengthen your knowledge base.
You have the daily support of your coach so that you never feel alone or lost on your journey.
