Daily targets for nutritional excellence.

As always, the 100-point scale of excellence forms the backbone of your nutrition.

Daily feedback/accountability
In this program, you have two ways to keep yourself accountable during the 12 weeks.
1.  The 7-day nutrition summary is the short version to see how many healthy vs other foods you eat on a daily basis.
2.  The complete 84-day daily journal in Excel format is a complete version to evaluate your whole day - food, emotional and how you experienced the day.  This will help you to stay continually focused on all levels and to rewrite your story in electronic format.  Clients who choose this route has the best results.
3.  Summary of the 84 days:  Food, Mood and Commitment - create in Excel and print out to complete
4. Download a one-pager of the daily journal  for print-out.

Weekly progress feedback report
When you complete your weekly progress tracker you will receive a progress report that maps your progress during the 12 weeks. There is nothing that drives success more than to see success!

Time frame of sessions
Each session is 45 minutes to 1 hour long.  We discuss the topic of the week, feedback and strategy for the next week.  You will have some videos to watch as part of your further exploration of the topic.

Change your mind, change your habits, change your life
Dream big, start small.  Discover the science behind habit forming and the impact of habits in your life.   The step-by-step process to create healthy habits and stick to it.

With nutrition principles covered, we now focus on mental clarity. In this session, we’ll explore effective strategies for identifying stress triggers in your life, thinking positively, focusing, and managing stress.
