LIVE COACHING every week!

Every week you will have a live session with your coach.  
You will be equipped with new knowledge and tools that will help you move forward.  You will learn the science behind excellent nutrition and experience it first hand in your body.
Every week you receive extra support and guideance with videos that will inspire you and strengthen your knowledge base.
In these sessions, we
celebrate successes and highlights of the previous week and re-strategise on possible obstacles.
You can send your questions to our team.  This will be discussed during the Q & A (Questions and Answers) timeslot every week.  All these discussions will be available after the session on the Members pages for you to download.

ALL of our clients who finished the 6-week program testify that their medical bills and pills expenses were drastically cut or even deleted from their budget.  This will be the best investment you will ever make into your health, loved ones AND finances!  Choose any of the 3 payment options that fit your budget the best.

Program period:  7 Jul 2022 - 17 Aug 2022.  First session (members only):  5 Jul 2022 at 19h00
Spring program:   Information (free for public):  22 Aug 2022 and 29 Aug 2022 at 19h00 - 20h00. 
Program period:  1 Sep 2022 - 12 Oct 2022.  First session (members only):  30 Aug 2022 at 19h00
Summer program:  Information (free for public):  3 Oct 2022 and 10 Oct 2022 at 19h00 - 20h00.

Information sessions is free for the public and will be hosted on Mondays as stated above.
After registration:  All weekly live sessions for members will be held on Tuesdays, 19h00 - 20h30.  There are  7 sessions in total.  Recordings of sessions will be uploaded on the Members Area.  All recipes, weekly sessions and other information will be made available on the Members Area as we proceed with the program.
